You will get a definition of the relevant terminology, an introduction of concepts with practical examples and tips for your own work. And in the end, you will successfully get through any discussion, even about unrelated topics. Then participation has definitely been worthwhile – hasn't it?

Objectives of the Course

  • In this course, I would like to teach you the basics of how to work with key figures in a goal-oriented way.
  • It is not about evaluating specific key business figures. Have in mind: Metrics are not an end in themselves. They should help us understand whether we are achieving our strategic and operational goals and improving over time.
  • We learn that important business decisions can only be made on the basis of solid data.
  • And in the end, we may realize that the world of numbers is not as boring as it is said to be…
